Payments, Deposits, and Orders

Custom products are typically ordered specifically for each project. Deposits, progress payments, final balances, cancellation rules, payment deadlines, and refund limitations will be governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, or signed service agreement. Custom-ordered products may be non-refundable once ordered, fabricated, shipped, or otherwise committed.

Scheduling and Delays

Installation dates, delivery timelines, and project schedules are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Delays may occur due to manufacturer lead times, freight, weather, site readiness, access limitations, construction delays, backorders, permitting, material shortages, illness, emergencies, or other conditions outside our reasonable control.

Installation Conditions

The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access, safe working conditions, clear work areas, accurate project information, and timely communication. Additional charges may apply for special access, scaffolding, lift equipment, electrical coordination, hidden conditions, structural issues, rework caused by others, or work outside the original scope.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties, product warranties, finish warranties, motor warranties, and labor warranties vary by product and project. Warranty coverage is limited to the terms provided in the applicable manufacturer documentation and any written Luxurious Louvers warranty language provided for the project. Normal wear, misuse, abuse, improper operation, environmental exposure, acts of nature, unauthorized repairs, and damage caused by others may not be covered.
